Shot Selection
Your point of contact should determine your shot selection and strategy.
The more difficult the low volley you are faced with, the quieter your racquet should remain.

Approach shots
A high bouncing soft and deep approach shot is more effective than a hard and low driving approach shot.
The harder you hit your approach shot. The harder the ball is likely to come back.

Lobs
The best position to defend against the lob is at the service line.
If you are hitting behind the base line and your opponents are well inside the baseline. Your safest option is to lob.

The "T" to "T" serving strategy is the key to serve and volley.

If your opponent is hitting from any where close to the baseline, you should at least be at the service line.
