The ready position and setting the little "L". Set your grip creating the little"L" between your wrist and racquet.
The shoulder turn and upper body coil. During the preparation of the stroke set the head of the racquet against the non-hitting shoulder as the upper body coils in order to create maximum racquet head speed and spin at contact. The Little "L" is set and should remain through out the entire shoulder turn
