There are many styles and types of swings one can choose from to hit a forehand but, none will work if you don’t understand the following common threads needed
regardless of your style of play in order to hit an effortless forehand. You must understand the role of your nonhitting hand, the tempo of the stroke,how your wrist and elbow gradually come together into the double bent position before, during, after contact and how your swing path will alter your follow through .
